Seriously. When I have a song stuck in my head, need to hear it and don’t own it, I can listen to the whole thing online legally and for free. If I need directions in Amsterdam from Centraal Station to a hostel I’ve never been to before I can get them in seconds. Want to read up on the news, find out how to grill asparagus, get tickets for a ball game or find out when the new Star Trek movie hits Blu-ray? No problem.
There are a full array of things anyone with a computer can do online to be productive, entertained, volunteer, shop or educated. It seriously is an amazing thing when you step back and look at what is possible.
What do you like to do online?

Technically the trip was not canceled, there are still people from Fuel International traveling to Ghana next month. It is just that Abigail and I are not able to join them. We didn’t make our fundraising goal in time to get the plane tickets (my wife’s airline does not fly to Ghana, so standby tickets were not an option). We do however get to keep the cash we raised ($610 as of my writing this) and use it towards a different trip with Fuel. Perhaps Abigail and I will be able to go to India in 2010. That would be wonderful. She has never been and I’d love to go back.
If you are on Facebook, please consider joining our cause. It will keep you informed about our upcoming trip plans, fundraising goals and so on. Plus it’s free! You can donate your time, money or both!
Our missions website is also a great place to see what we are up to: http://HelpSend.Us

Just launched a fan site for the TV show
. It’s a horizontally scrolling site and I hope that helps it stand out. Let me know what you think!

There was a new addition to the Gratcyk household recently. No, not a little kiddo, but a puppy. Photos later.
