the Union Church of Hinsdale, IL

I have a new job, for those of you who don’t know. I left on good terms from Wal*Mart [you never know, I may need a job there again] and have started working for the Union Church of Hinsdale. My official title is “Project Manager,” and that covers alot of areas! Some of my responsebilities include; producing a bi-weekly newsletter that goes out to over 1,100 people in print and online, mailings, promotions to local radio and TV stations, class & event registrations and website updates.

I’m still settling in after about 7 weeks and trying to understand how everything works, but so far so good. Oh, and side note: Abigail & I are in the Aug. 13 edition of the church’s newsletter, the Good News as it’s called. It’s done a week or so ahead of time in order for the congregation to receive it via the USPS on time. You can download a copy of the PDF version here [we are on page 2 *smile*].
