Expired Mountain Dew…

I got this part-time job working for The Caring Place and did six hours of training this weekend for the job. Abigail and I are role-players and part of a small group that goes to local schools and does short skits about dating violence, sexual harassment and bullying in everyday student situations. The skits are only part of a presentation that shows students what they can do about stopping just behaviors if they are victims of it. Well, half way through the training I got a Mountain Dew out of a vending machine with an expiration date on it of January 2nd, 2006. Keep in mind that was today, so it’s exactly 20 days past it’s prime. I drank the Mountain Dew anyways, because I was craving some, but I do admit…it tasted sort of odd.
