I took Abigail out to dinner last night at Bennigans on Michicgan Ave. in Chicago, IL. After dinner we saw some of the lights in the city and went to Navy Pier. After that we attended a play at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. I proposed to Abigail at the theater in the gallery seating area. She loved it! You can see her account of the night as well if you’d like.

There is no date set yet for a wedding. Both Abigail and i are job searching and researching southern California. I’d love to go to film school out there and she’d love to be in the warmer climate. *smile*

My first encounter with poetry was at a couple of poetry stops a few members of Five Iron Frenzy were on in Indiana & Illinois. I enjoyed the poetry so much that the next week I had a small group of friends take a 24-hour road trip with me from Crown Point, IN to Memphis, TN and back for the final night of that tour. It wasn’t until over a year later that I heard of Bradley Hathaway from a friend of mine who does photography for various Christian music artists in Chicago. I went to the campus of ONU and
